What we collect. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to this site, such as how many people visit and which pages are popular. It's a privacy-focused tool that doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal information, and doesn't track you across other websites.
Why we collect it. We use this information only to reply to your message, or to send you occasional updates about new episodes and major news — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.
Where it's stored. Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes and stores this data on our behalf. You can read Netlify's own privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.
How long we keep it. We keep contact and newsletter submissions only as long as needed to respond to you or run the podcast's mailing list, and delete them when no longer needed.
Your rights. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time, by emailing bigsmokehockey@gmail.com. We'll action any such request promptly.
This policy may be updated as the podcast and site evolve. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
